How do I do the test?

  • We will begin with a 30-minute call to briefly review your symptoms, to ensure this is the right test for you, and to review test preparation and collection instructions.

  • The test kit will be mailed to your address. You will collect a urine sample, a blood spot sample, and a cheek swab (no need to visit a lab).

  • Mail back the sample and the results will be sent to me via a secure portal.

  • We will set a time to review the results and clinical take-aways. Final results are yours to keep.

Note that while working together, HIPAA protocols will be followed and none of your personal identification information will be shared without your written consent.

  • For all nutrition consults, due to licensing laws, Nina can see clients in all 50 states except for the following:

    • North Carolina, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia. If you live in one of these states, Nina cannot see you as a nutritionist at this time.

    • Additionally, specialty testing is not available to clients in New York at this time. Please see the SD Starter Pack to work with Nina.
