How does this work?

All sessions are conducted via secure video call. You will begin by filing out an application HERE and then we will set a time to connect for a 20-minute call to make sure we are a good fit to work together. Then, you will complete a thorough set of important intake forms before our first meeting. Once you complete your first program with me, you will be invited to continue at a discounted rate.

Within our work, we may review health history, food, movement, sleep, stress, lifestyle, environmental toxins, nutrient-medication interactions or depletions, bloodwork analysis from a nutrition perspective, order and/or analyze specialty testing as needed, conduct a nutrition-focused physical exam, examine habit formation and behavior modification, kitchen skills, food safety, and so much more.

Do you accept insurance?

Unfortunately, Super Digestible does not accept insurance at this time. We do have the option of creating a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Super Digestible CANNOT guarantee that your insurance company will offer any reimbursement.

If you would like to submit a superbill, I will need an ICD-10 code from your doctor— we can discuss this in session and I will guide you through the process.

Do you accept HSA and FSA?

Yes! We are happy to accept the following forms of payment at this time: Credit card, HSA, FSA.

What if I book a session, but I have to cancel/reschedule?

Easy! We are happy to cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24-business hours notice. If you need to cancel with less than 24-hours notice or do not show for paid session, you will incur a $75 cancellation fee. If there are extenuating circumstances, or this is your first late cancellation, please reach out via your Practice Better portal and the fee may be waived.

What if I start a program and don’t want to finish?

You will be eligible for a refund for any unused sessions. Sessions that have already been used cannot be refunded.
