This is the basic session package without any testing included. We can always assess and add on testing later as deemed necessary.

90-minute initial consultation

Payment Plan options:

$199 deposit followed by 2 monthly payments of $100

PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING:
Nina is currently under supervision by a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) while she completes the requirements for CNS certification. Note that while working together, HIPAA protocols will be followed and none of your personal identification information will be shared.
For all nutrition consults, due to licensing laws, Nina can see clients in all 50 states except for the following:
North Carolina, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia. If you live in one of these states, Nina cannot see you as a nutritionist at this time.
Additionally, specialty testing is not available to clients in New York at this time. Please see the SD Starter Pack to work with Nina.
